我目前人在法国出差，虽单租二楼主卧，但实际上可以独自享用全部公共区域。房间在2楼一整层 ，独立卫生间、卧室空间大、有独立衣橱区和书桌；二楼还有划船机健身区共享 ，有很多绿植阿姨定期来浇水

房租价格3000，包网费，煤气费 ，（由于我近期不在中国，水电自己用多少预交多少就好）

Hi! I’m currently on a business trip in France. Although I’m renting out the master bedroom on the 2nd floor, you’ll essentially have private use of all shared areas most of the time.

About the room (entire 2nd floor):
	•	Master bedroom with private bathroom
	•	Spacious bedroom + walk-in closet / wardrobe area
	•	Desk/work area
	•	A shared rowing machine fitness corner on the 2nd floor
	•	Lots of plants — an auntie comes regularly to water them

Rent & utilities:
	•	¥3,000/month
	•	Wi-Fi + gas included
	•	Electricity & water: since I’m not in China recently, you can prepay based on your actual usage

Location:
	•	Cozy loft / art-studio style apartment in Houshanyu District, ID City (please adjust if needed)

Notes:
	•	Shared living room & kitchen as shown in the photos
	•	My bookshelves are open — feel free to read
	•	Clean, book-loving preferred (female preferred, tidy and enjoys reading)
