刚来上海的时候住着中介的 3000多每月的房子，然后就是各种隔板问，没有公共客厅，然后一套房子五六个人。空间拥挤，狭小。我觉得这不是我们来上海生活该有的样子。我喜欢老友记里年轻人们坐在大客厅里相互分享着大家的生活，最终成为很好的朋友。这是每个来上海的年轻人所期盼的生活吧。所以我租了这个空白的房房子，然后按照自己的想法进行了简单的布置，希望有家的感觉，也希望带给有缘人家的安定和归属感！年轻人在都市拼搏，也要好好的生活，好好地经历这个城市，这也是来上海很重要的一个原因吧！加油！希望碰到有缘人做室友。希望是爱运动，爱干净，三观不极端，平和，情绪稳定，不要太抓马。非常期待见到你

Hello everyone 
A 150sqm apartment with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment around Zhongshan park area line 2.3.4 metro station 2 stations away to Jingan , Xuhui. In the center to anywhere in Shanghai. 

The flat is located less than 2 block away - 5 min walking (5-7 min biking) distance - to Zhongshan park station. It is in the middle of a very nice and international neighborhood full of pubs, supermarkets, fruit/vegetables/international discount shops and restaurants.

Super big flat, with cozy living room with big sofa, nice decorations, washing dry., water filter and two air filters. And I put one air filter in the balcony to transfer the purified air into the room. 

I turn the balcony into a gym with a roller, yoga mat and resistance band, stretching stuff. 

All walls for every room are real concrete which mean this is a big apartment with just 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, no fake wall.

3 rooms and 2 bathrooms (one in the master bedroom). Bright room with plenty of sunshine and storage space and a walk-in closet 

Rent to be paid every 3 months: (1 month deposit)
Currently Just me  living in the apartment. 

share bills (electricity, water, gas) 50 internet fee.
