I'm looking for one easy-going and responsible female roommate to share a spacious and bright apartment in the fantastic Jiashan Road area. I'm renting directly from a friend, so the monthly rent is significantly below the current market rate—a truly great deal.
About the Room & Apartment:
* Your Room: A private bedroom with great natural light, fully furnished for a comfortable, move-in-ready experience.

* Common Areas: We share a large kitchen, a very spacious living room, and a big bathroom. There's also a shared balcony perfect for drying laundry.
* Location & Transport: The location is incredibly convenient. It's only a 5-minute walk to multiple metro lines: Jiashan Road Station (Lines 9 & 12) and Damuqiao Road Station (Lines 4 & 12), connecting you easily to everywhere in Shanghai.
Full Transparency & House Rules:
* Important: Property is for Sale. The owner is currently selling the property. This means there will be occasional viewings by potential buyers, for which you will always receive plenty of advance notice.
* Key Move-Out Clause: Please understand that if the property is sold and vacating is required, we will need to move out. In this specific case, while no financial compensation is provided, I guarantee you will receive a full one month's notice to find a new place without rush or penalty.
* Standard Move-Out: If you choose to leave for personal reasons, I also only ask for one month's notice with no fees.
* Costs: You'll be responsible for your fair share of all utilities (electricity, water, gas) and any property management fees, calculated based on the length of your stay. Internet can be shared.
Ideal Roommate:
I'm hoping to find a female roommate seeking a stable stay of 3 months or more. A clean, respectful, and communicative person would be perfect.
