Hello! Me and my friend are leaving this beautiful place and we are looking for someone to take over this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in the Center of Shanghai. 

Month rent is total 12 000 RMB. (Can divide by 6000/6000 if you are 2 people.) 

Deposit is also 12 000 RMB

The apartment is available from 10th of April. 

Contract will be signed with the agency ( no contract fee )

The apartment is new renovated, clean, and spacious. You can come and check the apartment yourself. Write to me directly.
