家人们看看这个房子吧，全屋按照自用装修的，非常舒服的公寓，地址在融创茂正对面，是附近最大的2 室2 厅公寓，离机场很近，附近商超食肆娱乐医疗一应俱全，稍微点缀一下就是家的感觉。以前的租客都维护很好，之前租的是北京上海数字游民，还有一些外国友人。每次退租都会请保洁做全屋打扫清洁，房子维护得非常好。 租金是1800 一个月希望一年起长租，压二付一OK，价格可谈，寻找有缘人。Super cozy apartment looking for tenant. This apartment is next to a maga trending shopping mall of Huadu District by walking distance. Food, shopping , movie, stating, can have them all. 

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and a lovely bathroom with home feelings. It is at 9th floor with elevator. 

Transportation also easy with bus and metro. The car hailing is also convenient. If you have a car, the parking is ample. 

The rent is 1800 CNY per month but required 2 month of deposit. Month by month rent paying is acceptable.
