八角北里，下楼200米到主街，有银行，超市，公交车，饭店，面包店，非常方便。离石景山游乐园大概2公里。之前链家帮我找客户，前一个客户刚走。房子舒适，私密。最适合单身，或者小两口，比较小资，喜欢安静的。邻居很好，是老人，所以不适合常常开派对的。

This is Bajiao Beili. Just 200 metres downstairs to the main street, with banks, supermarkets, bus stops, restaurants , and bakeries all within easy reach. Two stops from tube stations , line1/line 6 .It’s roughly 2 kilometres from Shijingshan Amusement Park. I previously had a potential tenant lined up through Lianjia app. 

The flat is comfortable and private. Ideally suited to a single professional or a young couple – someone with fairly refined tastes who appreciates quiet surroundings. The neighbour is an elderly resident, so this home would not be suitable for anyone who regularly hosts parties.
