本身也就三月才开始租的，因为个人计划改变，需要提前退租，要找到下一位租客～
三居室的合租，室友非常好！中介小姐姐人也很好！还帮我收快递。位置完美，步行去苏州河边散步。
我大概想五月底搬出去，时间可商量。到8.31。直接跟中介签合同，后面也可以续租。也适合暑期实习短租～
房间现在还有个大衣橱和两张桌子
So I'm subletting my place from beginning of June due to personal reasons of change of plans. I will be fully moved out end of May. I have the contract with the agent until 31. Aug., you can rent it for longer after the lease is Finished. The room is quite cozy, current roomates are nice. The location is just perfect!!!! Central and easy to go places. Rooms is smaller cause now we have a big closet in.
