This is my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in Shanghai, with almost nothing to complain about. I’m subletting early due to personal reasons. You can sign the contract directly with the original landlord, who is very nice and responsive to any issues! Hoping to find someone who truly appreciates this place.

There’s a large ginkgo tree right outside the bedroom window, like a seasonal guide. It turns golden in autumn and winter, and sprouts new leaves in spring 🌱 — so calming and healing.

Cooking lovers will be delighted: three gas burners plus a kitchen island. The apartment was renovated by the landlord for their own comfort, with great attention to daily living.
