Looking for a sublet from May 15th to Sept 1st. Private studio apartment right next to Dongdaqiao train station. ¥3000 a month. The landlord asks for those three months up front. Very convenient for train and taxi and two major shopping districts nearby. 15 minute walk to Sanlitun. It’s in a hutong with friendly neighbors and a real original Beijing feel. Cons are low water pressure sometimes and walls need a paint job in some parts and shower faucet is hand held but otherwise very simple, clean, cheap and convenient place!
