Wellcee is a global rental and lifestyle community platform designed for young people. Our users come from 170+ countries, mainly students, young professionals, and international residents living in cities.

We are one of the few platforms in China built around a C2C real listing model combined with a community-driven approach. We focus on “no-agent rentals,” improving matching efficiency and user safety through both product design and community content.

At the same time, we are actively integrating AI into real business scenarios — including content moderation, customer service, and workflow automation — gradually reshaping both platform efficiency and user experience.

Open Roles (Shanghai)

We are looking for people who can think independently and move things forward, not just execute tasks.

1. User Growth & Content Operations (UG Ops)
Own the platform’s content ecosystem and user growth, including content strategy, user engagement, and activity growth. You should have a strong sense of content quality, basic data awareness, and the ability to optimize user experience from a community perspective.

2. Business Development (BD)
Work on commercialization initiatives, including client acquisition, partnership execution, and revenue model optimization. You should be able to communicate clearly, make sound judgments, and push deals forward in uncertain situations.

3. AI Product (Agent / Workflow)
Help bring AI into real business use cases such as customer service, moderation, and workflow automation. We expect hands-on experience using AI tools to solve real problems, and a basic understanding of agents or workflows.

4. Product Experience Design (UX / UI)
Work on core product design, improving user experience from structure to interaction details. We value systematic thinking about product logic and user behavior more than pure visual design skills.

5. Interns (UG / BD / Product)
Support real business projects and contribute to daily execution. Minimum 5-month commitment required. We value reliability, learning ability, and genuine interest in internet products.

Team & Working Style

The Shanghai team is relatively small and flat. Most roles involve working directly on real business problems, rather than handling isolated tasks.
