Wellcee is a global rental and lifestyle community platform designed for young people worldwide. Our users span over 170+ countries, primarily serving students, young professionals, and international users living and working in cities. We are currently the only platform in China built on a C2C real listing model + community-driven approach, aiming to improve efficiency and trust in the rental experience.

The Wellcee Campus Ambassador Program is an online internship open to university students both domestically and internationally. Through this role, you will gain hands-on experience across user growth, community operations, new media management, and content design. After a 3-month training and internship period, you will develop into a well-rounded operations specialist capable of independently managing key responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

Content Creation
Create engaging and viral content with strong creativity and trend awareness. Use tools such as Canva and Photoshop to design high-performing rental-related visuals, and utilize CapCut (Jianying) to produce short-form videos, guides, and vlogs. A strong sense of content trends and proficiency in new media tools are required. You will need to submit a high-quality personal portfolio of independent work.

Account Management
Independently manage personal and niche rental-focused social media accounts. Focus on generating viral content, growing followers, and acquiring new users. You should be capable of launching and scaling accounts, analyzing performance data, and continuously optimizing strategies.

User Growth
Identify the rental needs of student tenants and landlords, accurately pinpoint user pain points, and guide at least 50+ landlords to publish listings on the platform. Strong communication skills are required, along with the ability to develop and refine multi-channel user growth strategies.

Community Operations
Build and manage online communities by inviting landlords and tenants to join. Handle daily operations including engagement, moderation, and user support. You will also proactively assist new users with rental-related questions and gain deep insights into user needs. Strong operational discipline and community-building capabilities are essential.
