Wellcee is a global rental and lifestyle community platform designed for young people. Our users come from 170+ countries, mainly students, young professionals, and international residents living in cities.

We are one of the few platforms in China built around a C2C real listing model combined with a community-driven approach. We focus on “no-agent rentals,” improving matching efficiency and user safety through both product capabilities and community content.

At the same time, we are actively integrating AI into real business scenarios — including content moderation, customer service, and agent-based workflow automation — gradually reshaping platform efficiency and user experience.

Open Roles (Rizhao)

BD Assistant
Support BD in connecting with branded apartments and rental service providers. Responsible for merchant classification, data organization, and relationship maintenance. Assist in partnership execution, ensuring listing compliance and operational efficiency, while gaining a deeper understanding of the platform’s business model.

Product Experience Designer (UX / UI)
Participate in product design and experience optimization, from user research and information architecture to interaction details. We expect a balance between product thinking and visual design, with the ability to identify and solve real user problems.

Java Backend Engineer
Responsible for core system development and architecture optimization. Participate in API design, performance tuning, and solving key technical challenges. Strong coding habits and system design awareness are expected to ensure scalability and stability.

Backend Intern
Assist in real development tasks, including feature implementation and issue debugging. We value solid learning ability, basic technical foundation, and the habit of using AI coding tools to improve efficiency, along with genuine interest in engineering.

Team & Working Style

The Rizhao team is in a fast-growing stage, with a relatively flat structure. Most roles will be directly involved in real business execution rather than isolated tasks.
