Hello everyone, my apartment with one bedroom is located in Shungnan Nan Lu双楠南路, next to Itoyokato in Southwest part of Chengdu and Renrenle (人人乐）supermarket. 
The decoration for the apartment is western style with everything you need, that even includes oven, air filter, wine glasses...It’s very convenient there with big shopping malls, supermarket, local market, restaurants, schools, hospitals, etc. It has BRT and lots of buses around that area, it’s about 8-10 minutes walk to Metro station (line 3 Hongpai Lou, line 5 Gaosheng Qiao, line 7 Wuhou Avenue). In last few years, all westerners lived there. The apartment will be available from this Friday 03/12/2021. Please PM me if you are interested. There is no agency fee, I own this apartment and the monthly rent is acceptable, the rent is 2700RMB per month.
