四人间，一个床位1400，本人目前是理大的大齡博士，比較好相處，就是回來睡個覺。晾衣服非常方便，房間距離理大很近，獨衛，有個小廚房，两个冰箱，厨具齐全，鄰天台，视野好，光照也好，缺點是沒有電梯，爬八樓，頂樓，夏天中午比較熱，不過有空調也是可以住的，也有小风扇，晚上不热。还有就是楼下是殡葬服务业一条街，房间没开网络，水電費均攤，比较挤，但简单生活和睡觉是没问题的，适合想省钱且乐于交友的学生。长租优先。
