This is a two-bedroom cozy flat in Nanhuzhongyuan. Rent is in the 3k range Rented directly from the landlord. 

Hope you keep things CLEAN. 

This is an old compound without a lift, stairwell is recently furnished. The flat is on the 4th floor, south-facing, quiet. Wangjing subway station, for line 14 and 15, is 12 minutes’ walk and 4 minutes’ bike; Jingkelong supermarket 5 minutes’ walk. Across the street is Zhongfu Department Store, and there are also two Siji Minfu roast duck restaurants. Nearby are Wangcheng Park and Beixiaohe Riverside Park, and there are several gyms as well.

Move-in around mid May, 2026.
