We’re searching for a cheerful, easygoing roommate who values mutual respect and boundaries. Happily shared with both guys and girls in the past (we’re open to either!). The apartment is 175 square meters on the 20th floor, with stunning night views. Decorated in a European style with fine furniture, it includes:

Rental Fee:
Available Room (double bed, shared bathroom): 5600 RMB/month
Deposit: 2 months’ rent (11200 RMB)

Our Ayi comes once a week, and the entire house bill—covering utilities, internet, cleaning supplies, and the Ayi fee—is split evenly among us. The building offers 24-hour security, underground parking, and a charging spot for scooters.
