A lovely loft apartment in central Chengdu! 
The loft apartment  is expected to be available in 24th November. If this works with your schedule, please feel free to contact me. If you're a foreign friend, you're welcome to inquire. I was once an experienced host on Airbnb.  I accept short-term rentals of 3 months or longer.  

My apartment: A 5-minute walk from Jinshi Road Station on Metro Lines 6 and 30 in Chengdu. It features a convenient snack street downstairs, excellent amenities, and great transport links. 

Minimum lease term: 3 months.
Long-term rental (12+ months): 3000 RMB/month
Short-term rental (3–12 months): 3300 RMB/month (internet included )

Utilities (water, electricity, and property management fees) are borne by the tenant.
