Update: Available from Monday September 21st . My apartment has all my personal belongings in. I would clear an entire cupboard for you and pack my things away as much as possible.

The LOCATION is awesome. Really quiet but right in the centre of shanghai. 
The balcony is awesome! Has a lovely view over a garden. I sit out there everyday.

Washing machine, oven, gas stove and shower.
