Hi! I'm looking for 1 housemate to share a 3-bedroom apartment in Ma Wan Village. My current housemates are moving out, so we're looking for a new roommate.

📍 Location: Ma Wan Village
🛏 Layout: 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen (3 people in total)
📅 Move-in Date: September 17 (you can move your belongings in earlier if needed)
💰 Rent:
• Medium room – HKD 5,200/month
• Deposit: 2 months' rent
✍️ Lease Term: Standard lease(1 year fixed + 1 year optional)

🚌 Transportation

* Direct buses to Cathay City and the airport
* Buses to Tsing Yi MTR, Kwai Fong MTR, Central, and Kowloon Station (including overnight buses)
* Travel time is around 10–30 minutes

* Fully furnished with essential appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, etc.)(the pictures were taken when we first moved in except room)
