Inspired by the New York and Shanghai art scenes, the bar's interior is a showcase of Ruhs' work designed specifically for this venue. The name of the bar is a series of wordplays on the word "art." The space is expansive with tall ceilings resembling those of a warehouse, and with pictures of rats hanging from the walls and ceiling. The overall look is artistic with graffiti and splattered paint dominating the décor, while the chairs are modeled on paint rollers.
