由于工作变动，我将位于佛山的 1 居室服务式公寓转租出去了，该公寓位于东平地铁站（佛山 3 号线和广佛线）和顺德北火车站附近。地铁站、火车站、公交枢纽站都位于大楼下方。这里有一趟城际列车，连接广东省的各个城市。您可以乘坐火车前往广州，只需 15 分钟。
这趟列车还会开往东莞、常平等地。
无需中介直接出租，合同结束后您也可以续约。这栋大楼是最近建造的，有 4 部电梯，配有空调。这里有停车场、洗衣机、大冰箱、洗碗机、空调、阳台、 床墊是全新的，未拆封, 水是用燃氣機加熱的，因此非常划,24 小时安保、大楼的门有卡锁（其他人无法进入）以及公寓有密码锁。房子非常干净。巨大的超市和购物中心就在大楼下方。这里有游泳池、水疗中心、健身房、儿童游乐场、停车场、大型购物中心、肯德基、麦当劳、星巴克、Luckin Coffee、7/11、折扣店以及许多其他国际和本地品牌餐厅、咖啡店、市场等。所有这些都在大楼下方。这里有一个大型的户外运动公园，适合诸如慢跑、野餐等活动。这个区域很新，而且非常干净。以这样的条件和价格，很难找到这样的房子，一切都很高端，位置也很理想，一切都尽在你的掌控之中。如果我不换工作的话，我会永远住在这里的。合同有效期到 2025 年底！我住了 6 个月，还有 6 个月的租期。搬进去需要支付 2 个月的押金。每月租金是 1200 元，还有每月 95 元的管理费。

Due to changing job I sublet 1 bedroom  serviced apartment,which is located in Foshan, on Dongping subway station (Foshan line 3 and Guangfo line) and Shundebei Railway Station 🚉. Subway and Railway stations,Bus Hub station are just located under the building.There is an intercity train which travels between cities of Guangdong province.You can take a train to go to Guangzhou and it takes just 15 mins.
The train goes to Dongguan, Zhaoqin,Changpin and other places
Direct rent without agency,after finishing the contract you can extend.The building is recently constructed and has 4 lifts with Air Conditioners.There are parking lot,washing machine,big fridge,dish washer,air conditioner,balcony,24 hours security,the doors for the building has a card and the apartment has a password locks.House is very clean.The huge supermarket and shopping mall is just under the building 
There are swimming pool,spa,gym, playground for kids,parking area,big shopping malls,KFC,McDonald's, Starbucks,Luckin Coffee,7/11,Outlets and many other international and local brand restaurants,coffee shops,markets etc.All of them are just under the building.There is a huge park for outdoor sport activities such as  jogging,picnic etc.The area is new and very clean.The location is very ideal, everything is just in your hands.If you have a company in Guangzhou and need accomodation registration you can use this house to apply for working visa
