杰座大厦112平米大两居自己整租下来的，寻男生合租，每人💰6250/月，只接受1个人哦（之前住这栋楼40多平米开间就要7000多，折算下来大两居超划算） The 112 square meter 2bedroom apartment in Just Make Mansion was rented by myself, looking for a male roommate to share at rental of ¥6250/month/person. (I used to live in a small studio of 40 square meters in the same building costs over ¥7000, which makes this 2bedroom apartment a great deal.)
	
⏰寻长期室友，我签的租期到2026年9月，后面还会续租且房租可能更低一些。具体可以根据实际想法来商量 Looking for a long-term roommate, I have signed a lease until Sep 2026, and I will renew it later with possibly lower rate. The term can be flexible.
	
🏙三里屯/工体/春秀路【黄金位置】【闹中取静】，东四十条/工人体育场地铁站，在北京我本人最爱的社区周边环境。楼下超市/便利店/菜市场/酒吧/面包房/面馆/饭店/烤串/烧烤/火锅/西餐/洗衣店/宠物店一应俱全，步行可达太古里和工体。下楼即达路边不需要走超远路出小区，后院很多银杏树夏天非常非常舒服，还比街边凉快很多 Sanlitun/Gongti/Chunxiu Road [perfect location] [quiet amidst the hustle and bustle], Dongsi Shitiao/Workers' Stadium subway stations, my favorite surrounding environment in Beijing. Supermarket, convenience stores, food market, bars, bakeries, noodle bars, restaurants, BBQ, hotpot, Western cuisine, laundry shop, and pet shop all nearby. Within walking distance to Taikoo Li and Gongti. Easy to step out of the building and you’ll see the road. Many ginkgo trees in the backyard, which is very comfortable in summer and much cooler than the street.
	
🏡房子东西向，最主要是没有临街，不然被楼下车流和酒吧吵死。希望你【爱干净】、【随手保持公区&卫生间&厨房卫生】，我喜欢在家里光脚；偶尔我会邀请朋友来家里做客/喝点小酒，当然一定会征求你的同意，如果你也喜欢接触新朋友更好啦 The apartment is facing towards east-west, super quiet because it avoids the traffic and bars. I hope you always keep the public areas clean, and I like to walk barefoot at home. Occasionally I’d like to invite friends over for a visit or a drink, but it won’t happen if you disagree. It’d be great if you also like making new friends.
	
🛏你住的是主卧朝东，早上有美好的阳光洒进来，我们共用卫生间+厨房。客厅很多都是我自己布置的小柜子/落地灯/沙发/躺椅/挂画/小茶几（沙发超舒服躺上面午睡比床还要喜欢）；厨房锅碗瓢盆一应俱全：客厅和厨房有2个小阳台 You’ll be living in the master bedroom facing east, with beautiful sunshine in the morning. We’ll be sharing the bathroom and kitchen. I bought some of the furnitures and decorations including some cabinets/floor lamp/couch/lounge chair/paintings/small coffee table (the couch is super comfortable for relaxing and napping). The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. 2 small balconies in the living room and kitchen.
	
🚨重点来了：【冬暖夏凉】，夏天不闷的话睡觉不需要空调！Warm in winter and cool in summer. If it’s not humid in summer, we wouldn’t even need air conditioning to sleep.
	
🚨再来个重点（看到这里都是缘分）：房子很旺，每任租客都是生活变更好搬出去的🤩 Fengshui is good in here, and the reason why every tenant moved out was because either their lives got better or got promoted.
	
🚗停车是在院子里而且包月费用便宜 Parking available in the yard and monthly package is super cheap.
