Quiet and safe area. I am looking for a sub-letter to take on my lease which ends 11/30/2026. Can move in anytime between June and July 2026. Landlord lives 2 floors above and is very nice and helpful.

朝南大窗户，全天自然采光非常好，另外配有遮光窗帘，想要隐私时也很方便。我购置了不少额外家具以及几乎全新的厨房用品，可以留给下一位租客使用。

房内配有洗衣机、电动晾衣架以及窗外晾晒空间（无烘干机）。楼下就是超市和24小时便利店，周边还有很多精致有氛围的咖啡馆、面包店和酒吧。

步行5分钟可到地铁1号线和7号线常熟路站。地铁直达高铁站和国际机场约40分钟。前往上海交通大学徐汇校区，地铁约15分钟，骑车约25分钟。

周边环境安静、安全。我目前在寻找转租租客，租约到2026年11月30日结束。2026年6月至7月之间任意时间都可入住。

房东住在楼上两层，人很好，也非常热心帮忙。
