very nice compound, near by with  many restaurants, markets , shopping center, etc.  its a standard 4 bedrooms apart, share with other 3 kind mates. the lease is until the Aug 2018. pay rent monthly . for more detail & viewing plz pm me .

3.小区超好 据说欢乐喜剧人那个大潘潘斌龙也在这买了房。楼下就是罗斯福广场 逛街很方便。
4.四室一厅 我们有其他房间三个很nice的室友，平时偶尔一起吃饭。
5.每周会有阿姨来打扫厨房和客厅的卫生。
6.合同签到18年8月，房租2650/月，可押一付一，或一次付清。
7.我是工作原因打算搬走，但是现在还没有找到合适的房子，如果你想搬到通州九棵树或者玉兰湾小区这附近的话，可以先过来看房子，或者直接联系我。
