I’m renting out my room from July 1 to October 11, 2026. 
A room with a private shower, refrigerator and  washing machine. There are also a large, spacious wardrobe, a work desk with a chair (and even a lava lamp for a cozy vibe), and a bed with a mattress.

Located on the 12th floor. Cleaning service comes once a week (for the living room and kitchen).

Two Chinese girls also live in the apartment — they are quiet and calm, and I only run into them a couple of times a month.

Downstairs there is a Lawson convenience store and the CapitaLand Xingmao mall (with a Begemot supermarket, Wagas, Luckin Coffee, gyms, hair salons, and much more).

The building is located near the riverside, by the Suzhou Creek. On the other side, there are business buildings, two Manner Coffee shops, Drunk Baker, Blue Frog, Baker & Spice, another Wagas, etc.

My contract is valid until the end of March. No deposit required.
