Master Bedroom: East-facing with a balcony. Includes a double bed, a desk and bookshelf set against the wall, and a modular wardrobe. Total area is approximately 20 square meters.

Utilities: Water, electricity, and internet fees are split evenly. Central heating is provided (Note: heating fees are not covered by the landlord and must be split evenly.

Upstairs roommate (Me): Female, living on the second floor. I am away from Beijing for 3 to 4 months throughout the year.
