Located in one of the most convenient neighbourhood in Beijing, tons of supermarkets and restaurant. One of the best hospital in town is in walking distance. Close to line 5/10. Airport 30 minutes away.

It's an old flat built for honorly retired veterans (aka 'the general's building') and we are its first tenants, which means solid quality. it might look a little worn-out but the wall is thick af, heat provides few weeks earlier in winter than average, brand new air conditioners/fridge/washing machine/electric toilet seat.

Currently a male and a female living in other 2 bedrooms with completely different daily route, so no need to wait for toilet.
