As I will be leaving Beijing soon I am looking for someone to take over my room.
It is located in 日月东华, an old (tall) compound with elevators and a nice garden, 20 minutes away from Sanlitun on a mobike, on the east side of Chaoyang Park. Subway will open in 2021 very close by, right now the closest station is still 15 minutes away on foot. The room (master room) is about 30 sqm, not including a nice balcony facing south-west with nice views of the surroundings (16th floor).
The apartment is a 90 sqm(!) 2 BDR with one bathroom, shared with the other roommate, a  French National who has been in Beijing for 8 years. He's the perfect roommate: clean, keeps to himself, and does not like to spend much time home.=)
The kitchen is fit for cooking, separated from the living area, there is also a real separation between living and dining area. Very cosy apartment, I will certainly miss it! 
The rental for the room is 4100 RMB/month, payable every three months. There is also a month deposit.
The apt belongs to Ziroom, so you will pay the rental to your roommate who will transfer through the APP.
