The apartment is conveniently located in Wudaokou, a 2 minutes walk to Wudaokou Metro Station, a 5 minutes walk to Tsinghua University and also close to Peking University and BCLU. 

What?
The apartment has three rooms of different sizes that, if rented out separately, come at different prices proportionate to their sizes.
The whole apartment can also be rented out for a slight discount.

 Extras 🤯:
The apartment comes equipped with WiFi and Washing Machine, and can be let both long & short term.
You also don’t have to worry about being cold at night since all beds come with cosy comforters.

公寓位于五道口，交通便利，步行2分钟即可到达道口地铁站，步行5分钟即可到达清华大学，临近北京大学和北航。

设施
这套公寓有三个不同大小的房间，如果分开出租，价格会根据房间的大小而有所不同。
整套公寓也可以以较低的价格租出去。

这套公寓配有WiFi、厨具、微波炉、洗衣机。长租短租都可以。
你也不必担心晚上很冷，因为所有的床都有舒适的被子。
