房子位置情况：房子位于酒仙桥驼房营路将府家园小区内，距将台地铁站骑车或者公交10分钟。小区治安很好，小区隔壁为丽都壹号卡布奇诺等高档小区，小区附近有京客隆，小区内有商店、蔬果店、健身房、游泳池等生活基本配套设施。

房子内部情况：房子位于三层，有电梯，两室一厅，一共94平，还有一个客厅和一个书房，卧室都朝西，采光通风没有问题。出租的是主卧，目前空置，已收拾干净。整套户型里厨房卫浴空调暖气洗衣机电视机冰箱微波炉饮水机一应俱全，卧室内部现状如照片，桌椅床简单家具都有，收纳空间特别大，家具布置可自己根据喜好调整。为了个人卫生考虑，床上用品已清理需要自备，主卧1米8床。客厅、厨房、卫生间等公共空间共享，其余除物业费和采暖费外，水、电、燃气等生活费平摊。
