For the room can rent for short and long terms,..it means you can rent as long as you like, for the rent you can pay me monthly.

for the price for one person to stay is 2600rmb/m, if you are 2 will be 2800rmb/m,for the prices includes the utilities cost,then no other fees, just let you know...
