I'm looking for a tenant for the summer, while I'm on my vacation. The apartment is available from the 4th July till the end of August, that is for two months. The apartment is located in the CBD area at Jintai Lu subway station on line 6 and 14 close to Guomao and Sanlitun. The subway is around 7 minutes far away by bike and 17 mins on foot. There are several supermarkets and shopping malls nearby which facilitate all what you might need for your every day life in Beijing including restaurants and gyms, as well. The flat is situated in a compound with a clean courtyard with lots of pine trees. It's a first floor apt, which makes it very convenient. Since it is directed towards the inner courtyard, there is no noise and much pollution coming from the traffic. The interior has been newly renovated and furnished. It has a modern style equipped with modern tools including an automated washing machine (yes, you can wash with warm water), microwave, LCD display TV, internet, smart lock on the door, a printer, gas cooker, etc. The bathroom is relatively small, but that is average in Beijing. The living room area which is attached to the kitchen has a sofa. The bedroom features a queen size bed for two, and a sofa bed, where you can accommodate visitors, if any.
