I got the room from ziroom but I'm leaving Beijing soon. The contract is until Sept 2nd but you can renew it if you like the place. The room is fairly big, well lit, air-conditioned, and has a really large wardrobe space. The flat has a washing machine, kitchen, one bathroom, and the flatmates are really chill as well. Internet and water are paid by ziroom, and electricity is something like 25 kuai per month. 

The area is really good as well. The line 5 subway station is a 3 min walk away, line 10 is a 10 min walk, bus stations are close by, there is a large mall within 5 min, a large wumart just across the street, a gym in the adjacent building, a massage parlour downstairs, two small convenience stores, pharmacy and two fruit and veg stores just downstairs.

The price is originally 3630 but I'm willing to let it for 3300 :)
