Hello, I’m leaving China on August 10th. My room is available for a short-term period from August 11h to August 31th. This is an individual room (12 m2), just under the roof, in a 2-bedroom flat (45m2).
The flat is a beautiful renovated Hutong house very closed to Houhai lake (200 meters), 10 min by foot from Gulou Dajie (line 2&8) and Shichahai (line 8). 
The rent is 3000rmb for these 20 days. Fees are not included. For one month, I pay 320 for electricity, water and WIFI. For 20 days the fees can certainly be negotiable.
