Monthly rent is 4000 without agency fee or deposit. But we ask to pay every 3 months. 

The room is located eastwards on the 10th floor. 

Walk to UIBE only 3 mins and to the subway 15 mins. 

The apartment itself has a big living room, kitchen, and bathroom. 

Utility fees are shared and are about 50-100 kuai per month.

We keep the place clean and tidy. 

You’ll be sharing with a Dutch/Russian couple.
