Looking for a clean, decent and easy-going new roommate to take over the biggest room of the apartment, with private balcony. We will share the bathroom and the kitchen, but you will realize I'm not often cooking :) The room can be taken anytime from now. 15 minutes walk to Subway line 6 (Shilipu Station) and 10 minutes ride to Sanlitun (20 minutes by bike). Convenient stores and supermarket around. The apartment was newly renovated a year ago so everything is in good condition.
