I am searching for a replacement for a room in a very well localized 4 bedroom apartment. It has a big living room. The apartment has a very convenient access to public transportation with the subway lines 1, 7, 10 and 14 within a 10minutes walking. It is located near Guomao, Dawanglu, and the CBD area. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is on the 27th floor with a great view over the south of Beijing. The community has a beautiful park.

The room is very spacious, all is in good condition and fully furnished. You can leave when you want.  You must just find a replacement before leaving.

-Rent: 3950 RMB/month (usually paid around the 8th of each month);
-Electricity: 25 RMB/month;
-Cleaning lady (twice per month): 45 RMB/month;
-WiFi: paid until the end of the year;
-deposit (6000) (by international bank transfer, by Chinese bank transfer, via We.Chat, via Alipay, cash, …);
-No agency fees;
-Available from March 18.
