Three bedroom flat with a homey atmosphere in prime location. 

We're next door to Lugas Brewpub, Naga gym, and Line 2/13 Dongzhimen & Airport Express on one side - then Ghost street, Line 5 Beixinqiao and Lama Temple on the other. There are also major bus stops right outside the gate that go to Sanlitun. 

It's a corner flat on the 12th floor, south facing, with loads of natural light. The room has two large wardrobes, a desk with chair, mirror, and sheets already provided.

Our living space has two couches, a dining table, a water tank, a sun room for drying clothes and storing luggage, a little library of books, and high speed WiFi that works great with VPN. The kitchen is fully equipped.

We keep the place very neat and clean, though we also have an ayi that comes when we call her. 

Utilities are split evenly amongst the flatmates. The landlord is incredibly kind and helpful with this, as well as sorting any fixes.

No agent fee.

P.S. We have a Christmas tree and we love tea!
