I’m renting out my 2 ROOMS  since July 10th - October 10th in three-bedroom apartment near Huilongguan (13) and Huoying (13/8). THERE ARE 2 ROOMS in ONE CONTRACT. The
 second room is about 10m2. Walking to lines 13 and 8 in 10 mins.Surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants and other shops, very convenient for daily life. Unfortunately, I can’t come back to China now. The contract expires on October 10th and I have to pay my last 3month payment on  July 10th, so there is no deposit, but you need to pay for 3 months once.
