The apartment is around 100m2, with a massive and comfortable living room, training space, dinning area, kitchen&balcony, storage room, two other bedrooms and a second bathroom. You'll be sharing it with two nice flatmates, a Chinese girl and a French guy, + a cute cat. 

The location is ideal: in a quiet street near Dongzhimen, only 10min by foot to the subway station (line 2, line 13 and airport express). Liangmaqiao, Sanlitun, CBD and Gulou areas are all only a short bycicle or didi ride away. 

I love this place and signed the lease with the landlord until this October 20th, but I am going to an other city for work.Therefore the room is available for moving in September 4th or earlier.PM me if you're interested, have any question or want to visit!
