Utilities, wifi fee, cleaning will be shared by 3 of us. The public area cleanliness will be maintained by flatmates.

公寓是精装修，三房两厅两卫（123平方米）我整租的，住第11年。我（女生）住次卧，外企上班70后，喜欢安静，简约沟通。

另一次卧住一位日本90后女生。有礼貌安静在日本公司上班。住第二年。

交通: 距离10号线航中路站4号口步行5分钟。

支付: 宽带35元。清洁费150元，水电燃约每月90元-130元。无其它费用。（租住不到半年为短租，短租杂费是固定费用）11月到次年2月，6月到8月费用较高。 
付二押一。

宽带是: 200M 中国电信

小区正门在航中路，西门在航西路。公寓位置靠近西门。

交通: 小区正门有 776，867，18路公交，小区西门步行2分钟有87路。

先番城有TIM 咖啡厅，小区西门步行6-7分钟。距麦当劳骑车3分钟。

我和房东一年一签。目前打算继续签。

公寓设施: 两个冰箱（海尔和husky），一个在厨房，一个在客厅，可随意使用。瑞士空气净化机。TCL取暖器，电扇等供冬夏两季备
