我（房东）长期不在上海，只接受长租。
租金：付3压1，1年起租。

入住时间：随时可以。（需约看房）

交通：可以坐11号线到桃浦新村站，做2站公交，到小区正对面下车。（公交车有固定时间表非常方便，公交站在小区门口，准时点出现，不会耽误上下班）
或到南翔站下车，步行15分钟左右，也可骑行7分钟。
