Rental Rates

	1.	Deposit & Payment: One month’s rent as deposit, rent paid quarterly.

	•	Master Bedroom

	◦	6 months & above: ¥4,200/month

	◦	3–6 months: ¥4,500/month

	◦	1–2 months: ¥4,600/month

	•	Second Bedroom

	◦	6 months & above: ¥2,800/month

	3.	Utility Fees (Shared): ¥100/month, covering water, electricity, internet and gas.

	4.	Other Fees: Heating fee to be split equally and paid separately, due every November, with heating officially supplied starting from November 15 each year.
