因女友更换城市，现想要找一位室友合租，房子位于朝阳区将台地区风景线小区，面积约一百平24楼（顶楼）但是电梯很方便，位置交通方便，楼下就是公交车站，十五分钟直达亮马桥，距离十二号线将台西站步行六分钟，十四号线将台站步行十分钟，内有浴缸，烘干机，宽带，香薰，微波炉，烤箱与全套烹饪用具。自采暖
月租4k，押一付一，你决定入住了我会提供1k用于你买床，中介费2k（因为我自己花了8k）。当然如果你愿意出5k我可以让你住主卧。我的租期到十月底，之后你可以正常和房东续约
希望你不养宠物，不抽烟，当然如果你也爱玩摇滚，万智牌和看电影就更好了
