I am a professional photographer currently living on Kangding Road, a street full of character with no shortage of great food, many coffee shops lining the street, plenty of beautiful people, and adorable dogs to pet every day! That's why I chose to set up my photography studio here—shooting downstairs and living upstairs. Over the past year or so, the overall living experience has been fantastic, especially with the incredibly beautiful sunlight in my studio. However, due to work reasons, I'm now moving to an area near Changshou Road close to the Suzhou Creek.

Since my lease for this apartment still has about a year left, I'm hoping to find someone who appreciates this space to take it over. These photos and videos were taken casually. I was actually worried that if I made them look too perfect, the reality might not live up to your expectations when you visit, so I intentionally kept them a bit plain. I hope to find the one who can see the beauty in it.

Additionally, as a photographer with over a decade of professional experience in Shanghai, I have access to all sorts of information channels. If you are a foreigner, I will be your most awesome landlady! I can provide unexpected support and insights for your future life and work in Shanghai. 

The move-in date is flexible and open for discussion. Ideally, I’m looking for a long-term tenant for about a year, but if we really hit it off, short-term arrangements could also be possible. It all depends on the right connection!

我是一名职业摄影师，目前住在康定路上，这是一条非常有质感的街，美食不缺，咖啡店沿街好多，美女帅哥多多，可爱的小狗每天撸！所以当时我拍摄的工作室就选在这里，楼下拍摄，楼上拍照！一年多来其实整体的住的体验非常的棒，尤其是我工作室的太阳实在太太太美丽！但是我目前由于工作的一个原因要搬到长寿路靠近苏州河了。这套房子由于我签约的时间还有一年时间，所以打算能遇见一个欣赏这个空间的朋友入住！我这几张照片和视频都是随手拍摄，我很怕我拍的太美丽，你来的时候和实际感受出入太大，所以刻意拍的丑。房间挑高超七米，楼上有两张床 ，适合一家三口，情侣入住！欢迎随时预约看房！
