-It’s a loft there, the first floor is the living room and the kitchen, the second floor is the bedroom and the bathroom which is huge. Total is nearly 70sm. 
-It was just renovated 3 years ago, very clean and new. The only one in the whole neighborhood with underfloor heating 。The couple lives there almost 1 year.那
-It’s on the 5th floor but it’s a loft, so it can be 10th floor. 
- There is bus station downstairs, 20mins to tuanjiehu and 25mins to liangmaqiao. 1.2kms far away to Chaoyang joy city (qingnianlu subway station, line 6)
- Opposite of the street there is Jenny Lou supermarket and a food street coffee etc

5600/per month include WiFi and all the stuffs( like an Airbnb)

要求：爱干净的人 1-2人居住
