I am born in Taiwan and grew up in Australia then went to the U.S. for University and work. My past career was in the fashion & luxury industry for 17 years but shifted to sustainable food education to focus on Food Literacy x Climate Literacy for the past 12 years. I am passionate in the health & wellbeing space but also love traveling to places less traveled, eating clean, as well as appreciate art, music & culture.
