We are looking for someone to share a room in an apartment with 3 bedrooms at Baochao hutong. 

The apartment at 7 floor with have elevator, bathroom, kitchen, living room and nice terrace. 
It 5mins walk to Andingmen subway line 2, 10mins walk to Nanluoguxiang/Beiluo/Houhai. 15-20mins by bus or walk to Dongzhimen/Sanlitun/Ghost street. Also there are few shop that have import stuff like cheese, alcohol, hams... that you can even order to deliver. 

There are plenty bars and restaurants around it.
You will share with other 2 friendly girl's roommates:one from USA and the other is Scottish. It really quite and cozy place. It suit for anyone like to discover old Chinese style, walk around hutong and enjoy a good afternoon coffee. 
The rent is 2800rmb not include water+electric+internet+heater fee yet (all of this will be around 200kuai) and we pay by month. 

About you: you need to be clean cause we all keep the apartment really clean. Also no smoking inside. And responsible person.
