Im working in Wangjing area as IT engineer, for more detail feel free to pm me :) 个人整租下来，现出租主卧。 朝南阳光大主卧，24平米带阳台，阳光充足，家里暖洋洋的。 有一张1.8x2米大床，双拉门大衣柜和一个多功能写字台兼置物柜。 主卧很宽敞，居住舒适，在附近工作的人士、海归和情侣们看过来吧:D 房子地点在望京西园三区，3分钟步行到望京地铁站；14/15号线，南北东西向都方便。从阳台看出去就是望京soho，适合在望京地区工作的上班族。 整个房子是82平米的两室一厅 客厅有一台37寸电视，沙发和茶几，以前室友在这里看电视。我一般不用客厅，可以让给你做小一居:) 卫生间有淋浴、洗衣机和一面大镜子。淋浴是燃气式热水器。热水非常烫。厨房有煤气灶、抽油烟机和微波炉，可以做饭。 小区外面环境比较安静。有鲜果多和菜篮子超市，不远处有望京蔬菜批发市场，生活各种方便。 我是在望京工作的上班族，希望室友也是有正规工作作息规律，爱干净，一个人或者一对情侣均可。 租金3600
