I live in a 3-bedroom apartment and have one spare secondary bedroom available for a roommate. Direct private rental with no realtor charges.

Housing Info

This is an elevator apartment complex right by the metro station. The spare bedroom faces south with plenty of natural light. It is fully furnished with complete furniture and appliances, ready for immediate move-in.
Water, electricity, gas, property management and internet fees will be split equally among all residents.

About Me
I travel frequently for work. My daily schedule is 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. I am quiet at home and never bring outsiders to stay overnight. We will take turns cleaning the shared areas.

Expectations for You
You should have a stable job with a regular routine, no loud late-night activities, and keep tidy. No long-term overnight guests. Females are preferred.
